Shipping policy
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This is our way of letting you know that we got your order! Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for a follow up email containing your tracking number. These tracking numbers are generated as soon as your package is ready to ship. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, feel free to contact MOSStore@eventnetwork.com or 617-589-0320 at any time.
While we only offer ground services online, on a case by case basis we may be able to expedite your order. If you have any questions about whether your item is available to ship using express services, please contact 617-589-0320 or MOSStore@eventnetwork.com for more information.
We do not ship to international addresses outside of the USA and Canada at this time. Please contact our customer support at 617-589-0320 or MOSStore@eventnetwork.com with any questions or concerns.
Shipping is nonrefundable. A shipping call-tag will be issued for damaged or defective merchandise. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for any items returned to the museum for a refund or exchange without first notifying Customer Service.
